Patient Survey 2018 - Due to open August 2018
2016/17 Patient Survey Kingfisher Family Practice
Following the survey results from 2015/2016 (see below) staff at Kingfisher Family Practice focused on areas which had been marked for improvement mainly in the reception area around accessibility via the telephone. Upon analysis of the survey results from August 2017 a marked improvement was noted in this area. Overall the practice had a high percentage of patients feeling happy with the service and who would recommend the surgery to friends and loved ones. This would indicate that patients are happy with the clinicians and staff. The survey also showed that patients are happy with our access and opening hours mainly due to the availability of early morning appointments with a GP which is something we plan to continue to offer.
Areas marked for improvement this year are Online Access and the POD. We have already made a start with increasing awareness of the POD, training staff in the use of the BP Machine and also promoting online access availability to patients.
